Give some more info, does it sound like it's trying to close but just won't or does it just sit there. If your hearing noises or grinding, a tooth could be broken on the gear that pops up and down the screen.

Jun 5, 2018 路 Bad lights, corroded connections, shorted connection, lots of possibilities. You'll need to do some systematic troubleshooting or pay a pro. Not sure if you can swap lights with the working side to eliminate the actual lights. Hope this helps.
